Preliminary concept for a culture center in Oslo. A parametric model of the envelope was built to maximize the natural light in the interior, and also provides shaded areas on the roof. Library and photography gallery + photography labs are integrated on the third level. The open concept of the design hosts a garden on the fourth level. Spaces are accessible by ramps providing a continous flow. This project was partially designed for the competition Start.
